Soneri Bank, a leading financial institution in Pakistan, is seeking an experienced professional for the position of Budgeting Analytics & Strategy Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction in the areas of budgeting, forecasting, and analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the bank's budgeting and forecasting processes
- Analyze financial performance and provide insights and recommendations to senior management
- Lead the preparation of the bank's budget and forecast submissions
- Work closely with business units to ensure accurate and timely budget submissions
- Conduct ongoing analysis of the bank's financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and profitability
- Lead the implementation of advanced analytics tools and techniques to support decision-making and improve performance
- Manage a team of budgeting and analytics professionals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, and analytics
- Strong understanding of financial management and performance metrics
- Proven experience leading budgeting and forecasting processes in a financial institution
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
